directions:
Helium inflate 3–18" foil balloons with the proper tip on the helium regulator. Tie with red curling ribbon. Insert the
ribbon into the balloon holder to secure the balloons safely.
Insert the stick into the pre-inflated balloon. Arrange the balloon sticks in your hand so one balloon is on top of the
other two. Use three pieces of Balloon Stick-Ems™ adhesive to secure the balloons together. Secure the balloon sticks
at the bottom of the balloon cluster in the middle of the sticks and at the bottom. Wrap the scarlet ribbon around the
adhesive at the top of the wand and wrap tightly until you reach the bottom of the wand. The strong adhesive on the
Balloon Stick-Ems™ will secure the ribbon safely. Make a simple bow using the scarlet ribbon. Tie the bow to the
wand with the curling ribbon. Tie another bow with the curling ribbon and secure to the center of the scarlet ribbon.
To finish the arrangement, tie the helium inflated balloon directly to the balloon wand.
