PPoster sessiion is a goood medium
m for authhors to preesent papeers and meeet with
interestted attendaants for inn-depth tecchnical discussions. A poster shhould be as selfexplanaatory as posssible to alllow the attendants to proceed on their ownn while the authors
are unaavailable to discuss thee particular points of innterest. Theerefore, it is important that the
authorss have to diisplay clear and noticeeable messaage to attract people wwho might have an
interestt in your woork.
Poster Preparationn and Display

(width). Please enssure that your poster does not exceed
you leaave a margin of at leasst 3 cm aroound the pooster. The poster

mustt be in Engglish and
should be legible from a disttance of 2 m and exhibit clear heeadings andd sub-headinngs. The
presenttation mustt cover thee material as cited inn the absttract. Pleasee see the general
recomm
mendation about
a
posteer preparatioon below:
Generall recommenndation:
• 3 cm for the
t paper’s title
• 1.5 cm for the namess/addressess of the authors
• 1.5 cm for section heeadings suchh as introduuction, results, legendss for figures, tables
• 0.8 cm chharacters in height for oother texts
• Use colors, graphical forms, figurres, etc. to improve claarity
Mounting
The pooster sessionns are locaated on 2ndd floor at Bangkok

Intternational Trade & Exxhibition
Centre (BITEC). It iss the authorrs’ responsibility to sett-up and rem
moves the poster. Each poster
has beeen assigned a code andd must be m
mounted onn the assigned board.
To locate your board, look for the board marked with your poster code. Your poster
code is displayed in conference program (presentation list) in the conference’s website.
The correct fixing material is double-sided glue special tape, which will be provided in the
conference.
SCHEDULED TIMES FOR POSTER PRESENTATION
The presenters are welcome to register and set-up the poster on June 15, 2017
during 7:00-8:30 am. The poster should be removed on June 16, 2017 during 3:00-3:30 pm.
If presenters wish to keep their posters, the posters must be removed no later than 5:00 pm
on June 16, 2017. Posters left on poster boards will NOT be returned to the author.
All presenters are required to present and answer questions about their presentations in
poster sessions* below:
June 15, 2017
1:00-2:00 pm:
- The presence of the presenter is required.
June 16, 2017
1:00-1:30 pm:
- The presence of the presenter is required.
- Poster Judging.
*Poster presenters must attend both poster sessions.
