Qualifications
Gary has over thirty years experience in valuation
assignments in respect of commercial and industrial
properties.
Gary primarily undertakes valuations of investment
properties, particularly CBD commercial buildings, major
industrial and infrastructure properties. He has specific
industry knowledge in major industrial, investment and
corporate portfolio valuations and coordination. Gary
also has specialist national valuation experience of
international and domestic airports, port terminals and
car park investment properties.
