ACCOMMODATION AGREEMENT
Made and entered into between

(hereinafter referred to as the Operator)

prior to signature of this contract.

MADINAH/ FUNDUQ
All rooms with bathroom/toilet
Single beds conforming to the regulation as set out by Haj Ministry
Television, Telephone and Fridge inside rooms.
Air conditioner and Fan.
Bedding supplied by Hotel Owners.
All accommodation conforms to the standard as set out by the Ministry of Haj.
MAKKAH/FUNDUQ 4 star Hotel
All rooms own bathroom/toilet
Television, and Fridge inside room.
Air Conditioner (central)
Single Beds conforming to the regulations as set out by the Haj Ministry i.e. Three (3.5) square metres per Pilgrim.
All accommodation is Breakfast included all other meals for Pilgrims account.
Bedding will be supplied by the Hotel Owners.
All accommodation conforms to the standard set out by the Ministry of Commerce and Haj.
Shuttle Service to and from Haraam for 4 star Hotel
AZZIZZIA
Apartments per pilgrim sharing 6 beds per room. Bed and Breakfast (No Couple rooms unless arranged for and
payment of extra cost involved)
One kitchen per apartment
All rooms Bathroom and Toilet
PAYMENT OF ACCOMMODATION
DEPOSIT
R15,000.00 (Fifteen Thousand Rand) on reservation .
BALANCE
Balance of accommodation payable on or before 1st Ramadaan.
SUBJECT TO RAND/DOLLAR/RIYAAL EXCHANGE RATE AT DATE OF FULL PAYMENT.
PLACE OF PAYMENT
All monies are to be paid to be paid directly into Al Mujaahiedeen Haj and Umrah Travel account held at ABSA BANK,
CLAREMONT BRANCH, ACCOUNT NUMBER 4059641425. Payments made at the office of Almujaahiedeen Haj and
Umrah Travel CC at 13 Turfhall Road, Lansdowne will be subject to cash deposit fees of R10.00 per R1000.00 cash deposit.
PRICE INCLUDES
1. Accommodation and Zieyaarats in Madina Bed and Breakfast. (Does not include trip to Badr (Optional Extra)
2. Accommodation and Zieyaarats in Makkah, Bed and Breakfast (Does not include Jeddah this will optional extra subject to
permission from Saudi Authorities.)
3. Five days of Haj with Mu’assassah Camp C with food, Breakfast, Lunch and Supper.
4. All services as set out herein below.
SUSPENSIVE CONDITION
This contract is subject the Pilgrim receiving confirmation from the South African Haj and Umrah Council that he/she was
accredited to perform Haj in the relevant year.
Should the Pilgrim not receive such positive confirmation from the South African Haj and Umrah Council this contract is
deemed redundant and all monies paid by the Pilgrim will be refunded by cheque, with immediate effect on production of the
receipt received by the Pilgrim on payment of such monies to ALMUJAAHIEDEEN Haj and Umrah Travel CC.
BREACH/CANCELLATION
Each party to this agreement reserve his/her rights in terms of common law to sue for damages suffered in the event of either
party committing any breach of terms of conditions of this agreement and consents to jurisdiction in a Magistrate Court of
South Africa.
If the Operator has complied with the terms and conditions of this agreement and in the event of the Pilgrim without valid
reason canceling this agreement and claims a refund of monies already paid in terms of this agreement, then in that event the
Operator shall be entitled to deduct 50% from the total accommodation cost as set out in this agreement.
If on the other hand the Operator does not comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement, the Operator will be liable
to the Pilgrim for any additional and necessary expenses incurred by the Pilgrim.
The Operator confirms that the Owners of the aforesaid buildings/hotels as set out in this agreement has entered into a written
lease contract with the Operator, and that article 8 of the Saudi Regulations relating to conditions of Accommodation Houses
have been complied with.
In the event of any breach of this agreement the parties hereto shall have the right to lodge a formal complaint in writing by
registered post or facsimile to SAHUC Regional office as listed below.

The Parties agree that SAHUC shall adjudicate in the event on any breach of this agreement and any formal complaint by any
of the parties in terms of this agreement or service rendered by the Operator. The decision of SAHUC shall be final and
binding.
Furthermore, should the Pilgrim find themselves in the Kingdom of Saudia Arabia and a dispute in the aforementioned should
take place, the Pilgrim has the right to take this matter to the office of the Mu’assassah for Non Arabic speaking African
Countries represented by Mu’assassah office No 1, Managed by Dr. Taariq Qattan, Situated in Zahrah al Quday. In this case
the Mu’assassah will be the arbitrator and their decision will be final.
SERVICES
The Operator herewith undertake to offer the following services to the Pilgrim:1. Apply for Haj Visa subject to approval of the Saudi Arabian Authorities, at no extra cost to the Pilgrim.
2. Assist the Pilgrim on all the relevant Airports in South Africa and the Kingdom non Baggage.
3. Assist with the reconfirmation of return flights from the Kingdom.
4. Assist with movement between Jeddah, Madinah, and Makkah, subject to the approval of the Saudi Arabian authorities.
5. Facilitate, and guide all zieyaarats, in Madinah and Makkah as stated in Package. Not Applicable to 4 weeks and less
packages.
6. Facilitate, any other Zieyaarats outside of this Package should there be any at an extra charge to the Pilgrim subject to
approval by Saudi authorities. Not Applicable to 4 weeks and less packages.
7. Facilitate, Masaaier Program for 5 days of Haj, and guide the Pilgrim in this regard.
8. Facilitate and Guide the Pilgrim with daily group Tawaafs as possible under the relevant circumstances.
9. Assist in getting the Pilgrim to Medical Facilities in case of illness, should there be cost involved this will be for the
Pilgrim’s account.
10. In the event of death will assist in the facilitation of the Burial of the Pilgrim and assist in all aspects of securing the return
of a spouse or family member that might have accompanied the Pilgrim
BAGGAGE SIZE
It is a requirement by the Saudi Authorities that all Pilgrims are allowed only one bag as luggage on busses supplied by the
authorities on return to South Africa. The size of such baggage should be 20cmX40cmX80cm. Should the Pilgrim have any
extra baggage, this will be transported to the relevant airport in Saudi Arabia by the Mu’assasah, and the cost thereof shall be
Bourne by the Pilgrim.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES (SPECIAL SERVICES)
The Additional Services Program aka Special Services is a facility offered by the Mu’assasah and the operator does not
participate in this program. Should at any stage this Service becomes compulsory the cost of this service will be for the
Pilgrim as this is not included in this Package.
FOOD FIVE DAYS OF HAJ
Package includes food for five days of Haj supplied by South African Mu’assasah, this will be subject to 13 meals i.e.
3 meals 8th Thul Ghaj, 3meals 10th Thul Ghaj, 3meals 11th Thul Ghaj, 3meals 12th Thul Ghaj and 1 meal 9th Thul Ghaj.
DATES OF DEPARTURE
The Pilgrim agrees that the date of departure shall be on…………………………………….and is subject to terms and
conditions set down by the Airlines used.

COST OF AIRLINE TICKETS AND AIRLINES USED
Cost of Airline Ticket………………………………………… to be paid in full by no later than 14 days before Ramadaan.
INDEMNITY
The Pilgrim agrees that apart from the security provided at the different hotels in Madinah and Makkah that responsibility for
the safekeeping of all valuables will be the responsibility of the Pilgrim and should any such valuables be lost due to the
pilgrim’s negligence with regard to the safekeeping thereof, the Operator will not be held responsible for the loss of such
valuables and the Pilgrim will have no claim against the Operator or the Hotel for compensation thereof.
Should the Pilgrim Choose to perform a walking Ghaj, this will be for the Pilgrims risk and in the event of any injury or loss
of the pilgrim, the operator is indemnified against any claim whatsoever from the pilgrim.
There are no further warranties, conditions, obligations, understandings and representations of terms between the parties to
this agreement, other than those set out in this agreement, and any changes hereto would not be valid unless set out in writing
and agreed to by both parties.
