Founding Vivid Resourcing amidst the
global financial crisis of 2008, we faced
a series of unprecedented challenges.
That we are today able to present to you
a positive story of rapid, global growth
makes me extremely proud.
I’m of the belief that it was this difficult climate which made
us the company we are. Faced with a competitive marketplace
Vivid Resourcing met the challenge head-on, offering unprecedented

ANTIDOTE TO THE IMPERSONAL, SHORT-TERM
APPROACH OF REGULAR STAFFING AGENCIES.
In addition to our numerous national and international awards, over ninety-two

Vivid Resourcing are dedicated to the long-term with every placement. Ideally our consultancy

arrangements and duration-based contracts naturally come to a conclusion, but a candidate’s
relationship with Vivid doesn’t have to end there.

The universal nature of the IT sector, combined

Jamie Gardiner
President - US Operations
Jamie joined Vivid 4 years ago after
graduating from the University of
Liverpool with a degree in Business &
Economics.
He joined the company at an exciting
time as Vivid first started to penetrate
the international Engineering market.
Having started as a trainee consultant
within the international recruitment
team, he was promoted to Senior
Consultant, managing a team which
concentrates on recruitment within the
Oil & Gas sector within central Europe.
For Jamie, it was a great experience to
be involved in Vivid’s progression from
a company with no international
contractors, to one that has a very
strong presence in international
recruitment across several continents,
which led to him setting up Vivid’s USA
operations in Los Angeles in January
2016.
Luke Parker
Sales Director
A graduate of Oxford Brookes
University where he studied Business
Management, Luke is the second most
senior person at Vivid Resourcing after
company Director Charlie Walker.
Luke joined Vivid at the age of 25
after 7 years as a professional cricketer
with Warwickshire CC, and led the
establishment of the NHS IT and
Broadcast Engineering markets for
Vivid.
He manages multiple teams within the
business across several sites, covering
markets ranging from Offshore Oil &
Gas to UK IT and International
Pharmaceutical.
Daniel Gaughan
Head of Technology - USA
Dan joined Vivid 3 years ago after
graduating from the University of
Essex with a degree in Financial
Management.
He started as a trainee consultant
within the Digital team, and
specialised in placing contract
JavaScript resources with leading UK
software houses.
He was promoted to Executive
Consultant, managing a team which
concentrated on recruitment within
niche IT verticals.
For Dan, it was a rewarding challenge
to be involved in Vivid’s rapid
expansion in the UK’s dynamic
technology scene.
Dan Relocated to Vivid Los Angeles in
December 2016, where he is
currently acting as the Head of Vivids
technology arm, growing our US
presence.
