MUSICAL THEATRE I WORKSHOPS
THE MUSIC MAN EXPERIENCE*
Build your skills while discovering the art of musical theatre.
Practice singing and dancing while being introduced to basic
techniques such as facial expressions, speaking on stage and
other proper performance habits, all while singing and dancing
to songs from a classic!
Be the show at everyone’s favorite Singing
Ice Cream Shoppe in Lavallette! Spend the
week practicing musical theatre vocals and
choreography to the opening number. Also
learn to sing a solo, followed by a group
finale…all while friends and family enjoy a sundae. Participants
will receive performance coaching and learn audience interaction
techniques as they encourage people to sing, dance or shout for
their ice cream.

MUSICAL THEATRE II WORKSHOPS
Learn to perform with confidence. Practice techniques to improve
diction, vocal expression, acting as well as learning simple
harmonies, as well as many other good habits while singing,
dancing and acting in scenes from a favorite movie.

This summer, BCCT will be performing Disney’s THE LITTLE MERMAID!
Ariel, King Triton’s youngest daughter, wishes to pursue the human Prince Eric in
the world above and bargains with the evil sea witch, Ursula, to trade her tail for
legs. But the bargain is not what it seems and Ariel needs the help of her colorful
friends Flounder the fish, Scuttle the seagull, and Sebastian the crab to restore
order under the sea.
