SAR Mini-Cache / Rally Point Lock Box
Supply List - Walnut Creek CERT
Some area SAR CERTs deploy from other locations in addition to the main
cache. Each such "Rally Point" has a lock box (see picture below)
containing the following - some items will be used by SAR members.
Batteries are not in any resupply bags. Ensure that you have good
batteries.
