2014 MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION WHO WE ARE The FCSG of Maryland, founded by Dr. Karen Bethea, is an extension of KSB ministries and is a mentoring and support group for female clergy to include senior pastors, assistant pastors, deacons, evangelists, first ladies, missionaries, armor bearers, adjutants, and any woman serving in ministry. All events are open to the public and are designed for women from any city, state, and/or country. OUR MISSION AND VISION The FCSG exists to:  Bring together females in ministry in the Maryland area for iron sharpening experiences.  Bring together females in ministry for the purpose of fellowship, training, mentoring, and partnership.  Connect seasoned females in ministry with those just beginning for the purpose of mentoring, support, and training.  Provide fellowship with others in the same calling for the purpose of encouragement, support, and edification. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS (1‐YR MEMBERSHIP) All members of the FCSG, will receive the following: 


One‐to‐one mentoring once a year with a requested Board Member as contracted and agreed upon with the designated Member Special seating at FCSG events Attendance to FCSG fellowship & in reach session MEMBERSHIP COST The membership fee is $120/year to be paid in full upon acceptance of membership. Checks are payable to: KSB Ministries, Inc. MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA Members may be recommended by current FCSG Board Members. Current FCSG members may recommend up to 5 new members per year. 







Applicants must at least 21 years of age. Applicants can be recommended by a current FCSG Board Member. Applicants must complete the Membership Application and membership process. Applicants must show proof of ministry or current proof of ministry pursuit. Applicants must submit a letter of recommendation from their Pastor (if you are not a part of the Pastoral Staff). If applicant is currently serving as a Pastor, she must submit a letter from her spiritual covering. There is a $25 non‐refundable application fee. All applications must be received by certified mail on or before Feb. 13. Applications should be mailed to FCSG c/o KSB Ministries, 7111 Windsor Blvd, Baltimore, MD 21244. Members are expected to be persons of utmost Christian Ethics who exemplify a love for God, a love for people, integrity in ministry, a clear sense of purpose and articulation of call into Christian ministry, a growing Christian faith, and a willingness to be in service and missions to the world.
