Music by “Alex and Spike” Located downstairs in the Hospitality Suite. Beach attire with
California Dreamin’ll as the theme.
Day 2:
Tuesday, June 21
9:00 AM -10:00 AM - Opening Ceremonies
10:15 AM – 11:30 AM - General Meeting
Noon-1:00 PM – Lunch on the Bus
1:30 PM – 5:00 PM -Hearst Castle Tour
Meet in the lobby at 11:45 AM. Travel to the castle will be provided by Silverado Bus Lines.
Lunch will be provided on the bus. Accommodations for the handicapped are available. A BBQ
will be provided between 6:30 PM and 8:00 PM inside a large tent at the Pismo State Beach Golf
Course.
Day 3:
Wednesday, June 22
9:00 AM to Noon – General Meeting
Noon to 1:00 PM – Break for Lunch
1:00 PM to 3:00 PM – General Meeting
3:00 PM to 5:45 PM – Free Time
6:30 PM – 9:15 PM - Great American Melodrama and Vaudeville Performance
Meet in the lobby at 5:45 PM. Transportation will be provided by Silverado Bus Lines. Food
and drinks are sold at the Melodrama.
Day 4:
Thursday, June 23
9:00 AM to Noon – General Meeting
Noon to 6:00 PM – Open Free Time
Enjoy the law enforcement static displays on the lawn area behind the pool, explore the Central
Coast’s shopping in Pismo Beach and Morro Bay, travel to Solvang, enjoy the beautiful beaches
or travel to the Chumash Casino. The casino is located approximately 60 minutes South of
Pismo Beach
6:30-10pm - Grand Banquet and Awards
Day 5:
Friday, June 24
Depart at your leisure
If needed, hotel shuttle buses will be available to transport you to the airport
