Idea of establishing a school
"Light of salt of the earth and a world" the human resources' upbringing which
becomes (The New Testament Matthew Gospel)
Love, the justice and free causing of which I'm in
charge
There isn't supposed to be "salt" in this world. It's such
person and is useful in the society.
It'll be light in a world, and it's being hoped that I want
you to shine.
And I'm making an effort toward upbringing of the
talent through the freedom with responsibility, not just
freedom.

Object of education
Our kindergarten child bumps the individuality each other, cooperates each
other and learns how to concern to a person and circle each other in the group
life. I aim at the human formation with the warm heart proprieties is based on
Catholic telling in the various life and play in us. Therefore the following 3 are
inserted in an object of education.
(1) Character formation based on Catholic telling
* Considerate child
* The child who doesn't forget a person around and
thanks to nature with an obedient heart
(2) Concerning with a person and circle, giblets child
* The child who can greet
* The young by which Naka can be everyone well
* The child who can understand partner's feeling and expectation
(3) Intellectual training, moral education and the one of the physical education
Development of a well-balanced mind and body
* Child who has an interest in everything
* The child who often gets exercise
* The child who often thinks
* The child who comes to remember a word and like reading

The child image at which educational policy in us
(1) The child who can do a greeting
When sending social life, it'll be a basis most.
It's practiced by a daily kindergarten life
about a greeting. We'll push it with O and put
it on. Very much. Upbringing of the child who
can do a greeting personally naturally. We
aim at O.
(2) The child who can say "Yes." "Thank you
very much." obediently
You can say an answer as "Yes." obediently, and it's compared and it's guided
so that I'm even thankful that it's however small, and to be the child who can
say "Thank you very much." obediently.
(3)The child who can hear talk and say an idea
We are planning for upbringing of the attitude which always listens to talk of a
teacher and a friend quietly to keep Tsutomu who understands partner's feeling
and expectation. It's guided in order to be the child who can hear a word tightly
and say the idea clearly.
(4)The child who can have "heart of
consideration"
With the heart which is thanks for the
family, the one of the kindergarten life.
We touch a friend with consideration, too,
and it's a person. We are aiming at the
guidance with which the heart done
importantly is fed.
(5) Child full of the intellectual interest and the intellectual inquisitiveness
Kanji is read while enjoying oneself and enjoys English while enjoying oneself,
and the child who can have the intellectual interest to "word" and "Character"
and the inquisitiveness is cherished by learning a numerical basis while
enjoying oneself.

Particular school lunch!
To eat the same Garten lunch by everyone bears
the big power.
The Garten lunch with which all the members are
commensurate as a principle. It's too much by a
kindergarten child, but it'll be the trigger by which

We have started the following guidance classroom in nurture time.

5 Kanji education
(1) About Kanji education
The "Kanji education" which is being conducted in us is
reading aloud teaching materials of "Kanji picture book" etc.
happily by all the members under teacher's guidance. A
remembered Kanji will be learned naturally while also
enjoying the "Flash card" hit by competition including a
game-like element.
(2) what kind of thing is being done?
(1)Something of "Kanji mixed writing" is read with a
teacher from first by a picture book. "The past" "old
woman" a Kanji is coming out one after another
"grandfather", but kindergarten children don't worry
about it at all. We worry about it, but we have an
interest and pay attention to a Kanji very much. "The
way to read" will be remembered immediately.
(2)Almost all picture book, proverb, haiku and
collection of poems are read by "Kanji mixed writing"
every day. Time is 15 minutes-25 minutes.
(3)Each about 10 a year picture books read 3 grades.
A Kanji is trained as "the child who can read". We don't
write down as a principle.

(3) What kind of educational effect is expected?
(1) Early stage acquisition of a word
We increase in the number of a word by remembering a Kanji. Because a
word is itself, a Kanji is thinking it's a very important thing to get a word
much in infancy.
(2) Acquisition of a reading custom
It's connected with the direction where reading is enjoyed soon to
remember many words.
We come. (One of wanting to read importantly.)
(3) Education of concentration, the expressive power and the thinking power
Guidance of the picture book which made the Kanji the center keeps
concentration, the expressive power and the thinking power. The attitude
heard quietly is brought up. So we don't have that for education of
overemphasis on intellectual education. "Kanji education" is being
advanced from such point of view touching a Kanji without impossibility all
naturally.
(4) Adaptation to "Kanji mixed writing" transcription
A haiku, a proverb and poetry will be also read by "kanji mixed writing" in
addition to the picture book. The environment in the park is also arranging
the environment of the kanji. The name of the kindergarten child, a tag in
the classroom, lyrics and a notice are being written by "kanji mixed writing".
6 The English conversation classroom learned happily
English "song", "card play" and "quiz" by a
foreigner teacher are making the curriculum
added to the age. Children are fond of
nature and English, and "English is fun" in
the international atmosphere, the English
conversation guidance which can be felt "I
like English." is being put into effect.

9 “One hundred ball abacus” which feels the number
One hundred balls of abacus is the intellectual promotion education as which
a basic numerical concept (image) is trained by catching the number from 1 to
100 in auditory way visually. One hundred balls of< numerical concept> that
we put it on by an abacus will be the basis by which children are getting the
"computational ability" excellent in a future school education.

"2-year old parent and child class - Strawberry Class -" is
active based on educational policy of Seta Kosen
kindergarten, and We are having for our object to come into
action happily by a parent and child. Therefore we make
the person who can have educational policy of Seta Kosen
kindergarten understand the subject.
It's accustomed to a kindergarten while experiencing much happily with a
teacher and a friend targeted for the child before entrance, and we want you
to be the feeling that we say "The kindergarten is funny! A teacher likes very
much!". You can also use it as a place by the mothers' exchange and the
communication of child rearing as well as your child.

"Kosen junior high schools" located in Minami Kusatsu. "Kosen high school" are the
same idea and object of education as "Seta Kosen kindergarten", and "incorporated
school St. Paul’s school" is managed school.
It's carried and the children's active state of the school is being distributed to school
communication "Kosen".
