Business rates range from $1000 - $5000 per month. Rates are contingent upon the number of clients supported in any given month.

Compensation •

Coaching Packages will be paid in full either by cash, check or credit card prior to each scheduled session. Credit Card payments are accepted via PayPal and
will include a 3% handling charge.
Coaching/consulting begins with receipt of signed contract and deposit or payment in full for desired coaching package.
Checks should be made payable to Cena Block at Sane Spaces PO Box 710 Milford, PA 18337. There will be a charge of $35 for any checks returned for
insufficient funds or any bank draft items that are not payable for any reason, as well as additional collection and/or legal fees to compensate for overdraft
charges and unpaid account balances.
In the event that a Client is unable to pay at least one week prior to scheduled sessions, reserved session time will be released due to non-payment.
Scheduling/Cancellation •

Schedules shall be set by verbal or written mutual agreement between Client(s) and Sane Spaces at the time of proposal agreement or any time thereafter.
Scheduled appointments are client’s responsibility to meet and hold, or re-schedule if necessary. Sane Spaces
Client is required to be “present” during coaching sessions and to readily communicate. It is very important that Client(s) make arrangements to ensure
coaching sessions are not interrupted.
Service delays due to weather or forces of nature beyond Sane Spaces control will require rescheduling appointments to a mutually agreeable time within a
two-week period.
Client cancellation of a pre-scheduled appointment must be done within 48 hours prior to the date scheduled. Failure to reschedule or cancel an appointment
within 48 hours prior to the scheduled time will be considered a “No Show / Late Cancel” and a fee of $75.00 will be charged.
Scope of Services & Performance Expectations •

Client and Sane Spaces agree to begin a working relationship to meet written Client Goal(s). Sane Spaces agrees to provide coaching services and assistance
to the best of our abilities to support the proposed solutions within a reasonable amount of time as discussed with the Client(s), for the proposed price indicated.
Consultant will make every effort to hold the space to meet client’s value expectations, yet not be accountable to complete project deliverables or plans. Client
holds responsibility to implement any changes or results of coaching relationship.
Sane Spaces will keep client’s information confidential and work within accordance of the NAPO Code of Ethics.
Client agrees to keep Sane Spaces methodologies, systems and information private and not share trade secrets or methodologies without prior written
permission.
Every effort shall be made to book appointments within a 30 day window, and Sane Spaces will allow scheduling exceptions on an individual client need.
Sane Spaces shall use reasonable care in performance, but shall not accept responsibility for any damage to client's person or property that is not the direct
result of gross negligence of Sane Spaces. Sane Spaces will not accept responsibility for damages that exceed the amount of service fees billed and will not be
liable for any consequential or incidental damages.
Sane Spaces strives to meet your expectations. If I fail to meet any realistic expectations, provide a written letter describing what work or parts of the project
were not met within seven business days of work done. A letter should be mailed via return receipt to Sane Spaces. Sane Spaces will then schedule a
complimentary session to make necessary adjustments. Failure to make a claim within seven business days implies that you fully accept the completed
work at the agreed-upon price. If Client terminates working relationship before project completion, Client forfeits the right to further pursue the Sane Spaces
Satisfaction Guarantee.
Sane Spaces reserves the right to withdraw from this agreement at any time if project involves perceived unsafe conditions, Client is in breach of this
agreement, or if Sane Spaces cannot render services requested by Client through no fault of Sane Spaces.
Photographs/Testimonials •
Client gives Sane Spaces permission to use testimonies and/or photos in marketing materials, which may include print and online advertising. Sane Spaces
warrants that at no time will Client testimony, pictures or name be used to promote unlawful or morally objectionable activities including but not limited to:
sending unsolicited email; activities designed to defame, embarrass, harm or abuse third parties; or hate crime of any kind. A Client’s personal information will
never be sold or distributed.
