Florence F. Johnson
'God saw she was getting tired, and a cure was not to be,
So He put his arms around her and whispered, "Come with Me,"
With tearful eyes, we watched her suffer and saw her fade away
Although we loved her dearly, we could not make her stay.
Her golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands to rest.
God broke our hearts to prove to us He only takes the best.'
“Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in
me. In my Father’s house are many rooms; if it were not so,
I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place
for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will
come back and take you to be with me that you
also may be where I am.”
