*Homework: Read “What is Poetry” pg. 648-654 and answer question 5.
Tuesday, Sept. 13: AP Poetry 101--work in small groups of 4-5. Using poems on page 656-667.
Groups will be assigned one poem (draw from bowl) and use the questions on page 655 to guide you
through your poem. Answers to questions must be submitted by Friday, Sept. 16. We will use any
free time to complete the work. (Hard copies of poems are on website).
Wednesday, Sept. 14: Turn in typed annotations with commentary. C & S quiz over Part I. First
30 minutes. Part 1 Presentation follows.
Thursday, Sept. 15 (advisory): Part 1b presentation.
Friday, Sept. 16: Multiple Choice Practice over poetry and prose passage.
