Blue Caipirovska
Absolut vodka and blue curaçao muddled with

the Russian version of the Brazilian caipirinha.
Bramble
Tanqueray, sugar, lemon and black berries with
crushed ice served short and fruity. One of the best
and most popular drinks created in the 1980’s.
Whisky Sour
Bourbon whisky or brandy shaken with sugar
and lemon juice. Egg white is optional. The brandy
sour was the original sour in the 1850’s.
Agent Orange
Absolut vodka, grand marnier, cointreau shaken
with fresh orange juice. Fresh orange is good for you.
This has all of the flavour, but few of the health benefits.

Lime Daiquiri
Classic, strawberry, raspberry or banana –
bacardi shaken with fresh limejuice and sugar syrup.
Created by Jennings Cox, an American mining engineer
working in Cuba in 1896. The drink was named
after Daiquiri, a town near Santiago de Cuba.
Spiced Mango Smash
A combination of rum, ginger, honey, chilli, lime
and mango. A house recipe and must try guaranteed
to tantalize your taste buds.
Choc Mint Cream
Absolut vodka, shaken with green crème de menthe,
cream and milk. It’s like drinking chocolate
mint ice cream.
Long Cocktails
MAI TAI
Served long or short, Havana club and lambs,
shaken with almond syrup, apricot brandy, lime juice
and grenadine. The Mai Tai was made famous in 1944.
YELLOW MULE
A favourite from Russia with a twist. Mango vodka,
sugar syrup and lime juice shaken together with
mango puree and topped with ginger ale.

CHIVAS APRICOT FIZZ
Chivas regal shaken with apricot brandy and
topped with ginger ale. For those who thought
they didn't like whisky, This wonderful yellow-orange
coloured drink is super rich in beta-carotene and
has a sweet summery taste. Apricot fizz is recommended
for those suffering from infection.
ARCHANGEL
Made in Manchester in 1999 fragrant, fruity and
sweet, strawberries, pineapple juice, cachaça rum,
lambs rum, peach schnapps and basil adds an extra
dimension to the batida range.
BLANCO MARGARETTA
This derivative of the Margarita was created
especially for the Pullman hotels. It offers
a fantastic taste experience combining excellent
tequila with amaretto, orange juice and hazelnut syrup.

FRENCH 75
Bombay sapphire, fresh lemon juice and sugar
stirred with bubbly. Created by Henry of Henry's
Bar Paris. Added to by Harry of Harry's
New York Bar Paris, in 1919.

lemon juice. This delicious lychee martini cocktail is

PINK BOMBAY
Iced Bombay sapphire shaken with cointreau and freshly
squeezed pink grapefruit juice. This rose-tinged drink has, as other
citrus drinks, high levels of vitamin C and plenty of potassium.
COSMOPOLITAN Absolut vodka shaken with cointreau, lime and
cranberry juice. The Cosmopolitan has benefited
from great popularity over recent years but
originally surfaced in the late 1950's.
POLISH MARTINI
Vodka shaken with fresh apple juice and a dash of
organic honey. Pale in colour with delicately
balanced flavours. Apples are rich in pectin and
vitamin C which makes them good detoxifiers,
combined with instant energy from honey,
this is a good choice if your feeling low.
BIKINI MARTINI
Gin and blue curaçao shaken with a dash of peach
schnapps. A strong martini with a subtle peach edge.
PORNSTAR MARTINI
Passion fruit, vanilla vodka, passoa shaken with
lime juice and sugar syrup served with a shot of
bubbly on the side. One for the ladies.
ESPRESSO MARTINI
Vodka, espresso, khalua shaken together with
