SPECIAL ORDERS
Rose Gold, White Gold, 14ct, 18ct are available on most cast items and can be supplied as a special order.
Please allow 3 to 6 weeks for delivery of special orders. Rose Gold + 10%, White Gold + 20%. DSR rings
are only available in 9ct yellow gold. 18ct = 9ct gold price multiplied by 2.5 approx.
POSTAL CHARGES
Registered pack & post is a minimum fee of $10.00, plus $1.50 per hundred dollars for insurance – e.g.
Orders under $100 - $10.00, orders $100-$200 - $11.50, orders $200-$300 - $13.00, orders $300-$400 - $14.50,
orders $400 - $500 - $16.00, orders $500-$600 - $17.50, orders $600-$700 - $19.00 etc. Please add an
additional $3 to cover heavier items such as pods or boxes, if you are ordering several of these items as well.

Minimum fee is $20, plus the cost of the metal used. 9ct & S/S – size down $20.
Sterling Silver – size up 1 to 6 sizes $20, 6+ sizes $25.

Gemstone Setting Instructions for
Snap-Tite mountings
Just turn the stone face down on a semihard surface (a magazine works well),
push the mounting down over the gem –
until it “snaps”. Check and make sure
the stone is level in the setting, and
adjust claws and level if necessary.
“Gentle” is the key, as too much pressure
can twist the setting or damage a
valued stone.

GEMSTONE SETTING INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRE-NOTCHED
CAST SETTINGS
Adjust your setting to suit the size of your
stone by taking the claws out further or
bringing them in. With a set of smooth
nosed pliers, gently bend the prongs against
your gem – do not tighten completely. It’s
best to work in an “X” pattern (prongs
across from each other). Once you are sure
your gem is level, tighten the prongs. If
using a setting with accent stones, be sure to
set them first, before setting your main gem.

as a special order. Please allow 3 to 6 weeks for delivery of special orders. Rose Gold +

RING RESIZING - Average fee of $20 depending on size required. Please expect a two
week delay. Most resizing can be done by your local jeweller to save time.
