Bartender and Alcohol Corkage Fees

Bartender(s)
$25.00 per hour, per bartender
**note** All bars are required to close no less than one hour prior to the end of an event or at 12:00 am,
midnight, whichever occurs first.
Sodexo recommends one (1) bartender for every 75 guests; a two (2) bartender minimum will be required for
full-service bars (beer, wine, and mixed drinks being served).
Corkage Fees
Wine:
$5.00 for 750 mL bottles
$10.00 for 1.5 L bottles
Any wine over 1.5 L size will be charged $7.50 per liter.
Beer:
$10.00 per case of 12 oz. cans or bottles (24 per case)
$35.00 per keg
**note** Sodexo does not provide keg taps. Charges for cans or bottles of beer may be applied by the
container.
Liquor:
$.95 for each .05 L “mini bottle”
$4.65 for each .237 L “half-pint”
$9.25 for each .473 L “pint”
$15.00 for each 750 ml “fifth”
$20.00 for each 1 L bottle
$35.00 for each 1.75 L “handle”
$38.00 for each 1.893 L “half-gallon”
$75.00 for each 3.785 L “gallon”
Standard mixed drink accompaniments:
Sparkling Mixers- Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale, Club Soda, Tonic Water.
Non-Sparkling Mixers- Flat Water, Cranberry Juice, Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice.
Standard Fruit Garnishes: Lemons, Limes, Oranges and Maraschino Cherries.
Specialty Mixers (Additional charge of $.75 per drink made):
Sour Mix, Pina Colada Mix, Margarita Mix, Daiquiri Mix, Grenadine, Bloody Mary Mix, Bitters.
Olives, Cocktail Onions, and Pineapple Wedges
PLEASE NOTE: Bartender and corkage fees will be calculated upon the completion of your event. These charges will appear on your
final invoice. Corkage fees are calculated on opened containers only. Sizes of wine containers larger than 1.5 liters are allowed, but
the contents may be transferred into optimal sized containers for service. Liquor containers larger than 1L may also be transferred into
more suitable containers for service. You will be charged the full amount of the original container’s size, regardless of how much is
served, and this applies to all container sizes.
