any assistance.

REMEMBER TO CHECK OUT WHEN YOU’RE READY TO LEAVE
At the conclusion of your weekend with us, if you are being hosted overnight on campus with an
IIT student, we’ll ask you to come to the Office of Undergraduate Admission in Perlstein Hall and
check out. Regardless of the night or nights you’re spending on campus, you’ll need to stop by
the office during the hours listed above and let us know of your departure.
HOSTING CONTACTS
If you are staying in the residence halls and need help, go to your floor’s resident advisor (RA).
If you cannot find the RA, you should contact the community desk assistant, located at the front
door of each residence hall complex, at 312.808.6500 (or, from any campus phone, x8.6500).
If you are staying in a fraternity or sorority house and a problem arises that you or your host
can’t handle, the recruitment chair or another house officer can assist you.
If your family is here with you, they have been given the name and campus phone number
of your host. If you stay with someone other than your assigned host (including if you decide to
stay with family members), it is important to let us know so we can contact you in case of
an emergency.
IMPORTANT DETAILS FOR FAMILIES
On the front of your parent folder, you will find the name, campus residential location, and
phone number of your student’s host.
You will also find your student’s interview time and the interviewer’s name on your folder.
Since all finalists are required to meet at the Office of Undergraduate Admission prior to their
interviews, you may also want to use the office as a central meeting place throughout the
weekend. We will have staff members available throughout the day on Thursday, Friday, and
Saturday to assist you, hours listed on prior page.
