Custom Menus
Every event is special and unique in its own way. This is why Crystal Tree’s Executive Chef and
Catering Manager is more than happy to create a custom menu to highlight your special day.
Favorite foods, family recipes and ethnic delights have all made appearances in prior custom
menus, and yours is ready to be created. This option allows you to scale up your event, creating a
lavish occasion, or to create a graceful affair while remaining within budgetary confines.
WEDDING CAKE
Your choice of custom Wedding cake is served as the dessert, Choose from an array of designs or
bring in a photo or drawing of your own liking. You select the cake and filling flavors, making
the cake customized to your specifications inside and out. Most Wedding cakes selected are
included in the package price; however special details, out of season ingredients or fondant icing
may result in an additional charge.
Dish of Vanilla or Chocolate Ice Cream served with cake for an additional $3.50 per guest.

General Wedding Reception Information
MINIMUM REVENUE GUARANTEE
Revenue guarantee is required for any Saturday evening event. The revenue guarantee is
$12,800 and is based on food & beverage items only and does not include any taxes or
service charges.
GUARANTEE NUMBER
A final confirmation of the number of guests is required four business days before the
scheduled function. The final guest count may not be reduced. You will be charged for
the final count or the number of people served, whichever is greater.
DEPOSITS & FINAL PAYMENTS
In arranging a wedding reception, a $1,500 deposit is required to reserve a date with a
second deposit of estimated 50 percent of total monies due 60 days prior to the date of the
event. Final payment for a wedding reception is due 72 hours before the scheduled date
of the function. These deposits are non-refundable unless the room is re-booked with a
comparable function. All payments must be made in a money order, or Cashier’s check
payable to Crystal Tree Country Club. Any other incidentals must be paid in full on the
day of the event. Wedding package pricing does not include government tax of 9.75%
and service charge of 20%.
LINENS
White or Ivory table cloths are provided for each event. Chair covers and a variety of
upgraded linens are available at an additional charge. Please see the Catering Manager
for color swatches.
APPETIZERS
Butler passed style appetizers are available during the cocktails hour (first hour of arrival)
at an additional cost, based on our appetizer package menu.
Ask the Catering Manager for recommended quantity needed for your guest count.
ICE CARVINGS
Custom designed ice carvings can be provided for your special occasion for an additional
cost.
COAT CHECK
Coat room services are available at no additional charge, based on the weather
conditions.
Crystal Tree Golf & Country Club is not responsible for any items that are left following
the event.
VALET PARKING
Valet parking is included with all Wedding Packages.
DRESS CODE
The intention of Crystal Tree Golf and Country Club is to provide an “upscale” dining
experience. Appropriate attire is either dress cloths or dressy casual. Sport coats are not
required, but are certainly suggested. At minimum, gentlemen should wear slacks and a
shirt with a collar. Dressy shirts without collars are permitted when worn with sport
coats. For ladies, dresses, skirts and pants suits are encouraged.
ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION
Minors will not be served alcohol and the management reserves the right to request age
identification of any guest and refuse alcohol service to whomever, in their opinion, is
intoxicated.
SMOKING
Smoking is only allowed on the deck of the banquet side entrance and not allowed
anywhere else on the premises of Crystal Tree Country Club.
