ORDERING INFO The Backyard BBQ
Food & Beverage Catering orders will include all necessary utensils and condiments in quantities consistent with your order. Please note that all orders will include disposable ware unless otherwise requested. We will return to retrieve all non‐ disposable hot/cold food and beverage utensils, and equipment. Disposable tablecloths and the buffet line setup are included in the food service cost. If desired, linens may be rented from Campus Catering. $9 per person

Ordering While we make every effort to accommodate last minute orders, please allow us a 3‐day notice for all catering orders when possible. All of our food is prepared to order; therefore cancellations must be made by 1 p.m. the day before a scheduled weekday delivery and 24 hours in advance for weekend orders. Last minute cancellations may be subject to a service charge. Please provide your e‐mail address, mailing address, fax number, budget number (if applicable) and onsite telephone number when placing your order. Delivery & Labor Fees We require a minimum $25 purchase. Orders under $100 will be charged a $10 delivery fee. We offer the option of picking up your order from Campus Catering. Our catering attendants will unpack and set‐up your order at your requested location. Deliveries outside of our delivery area are subject to an additional delivery charge to be determined when you place your order. Labor fees are based upon the event type service required, number of people and event time length. Weekends, holidays and weeknight events may incur an additional fee. Baked Herb Chicken Dinner
