Enrollment Agreement
I am the parent or legal guardian of ____________________________

I agree to abide by the requirements and policies written below. Pilgrim Lutheran Preschool and
Childcare agrees to provide care for the above named child that meets the standards and guidelines as
set forth below and in the Parent Handbook.
1. The School’s non-refundable registration fee of $50.00 shall be paid annually in September or
at the time of initial application. Before school care ONLY has a registration fee of $20.00 and
shall be paid annually in September or at the time of initial application.
2. Monthly tuition is due on or before the 10th of the month. A $10.00 late fee/day shall be
charged for any monthly tuition payments received after the 10 th of the month. If monthly fees
(including any applicable late fees) are not received at the school by the 20 th of the month, we
will not be able to serve your child in our program.
3. A second child in the same family shall receive a 10% discount on the lower of the two tuitions.
(This discount only applies to those children attending the preschool program, full day care or
Full Time B/A school care)
4. Calendars will be sent home to be filled out for care needed on non-school days.
(Christmas/Spring break etc.) You will be charged for those days marked on your calendar. If
the childcare is then not utilized on a reserved non-school day, we will retain the charge to
cover staffing expenses.
5. Monthly tuition fees are non-refundable regardless of holidays, illness, vacation, inclement
weather days etc.
6. Weekly tuition fees are due by 12:00 NOON on the Friday after the bill is received. Bills will be
disbursed by Tue. of each week. A $10.00 late fee shall be charged for any weekly tuition
payment not received by the Friday after the week of service.
7. The child care is closed on the following days:
New Year’s Day
Good Friday
4th of July
Memorial Day
Christmas Eve
Labor Day
Christmas Day
Thanksgiving Break (Thur. & Fri.)
8. The center is open from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. A fee will be charged for any child not picked by
6:00PM. The charge will be $1.00 per minute after 6:00 PM. Late fees are payable immediately
to attending staff. Consistent lateness will be cause for the child’s dismissal from the program.
A fee of $25.00 will be charged for checks returned by the school’s bank.
9. At the time of enrollment, the child shall be scheduled for specific days and times. Additional
days are offered based on enrollment and may not always be available. In order to request
additional days, you must make your request 24 hours in advance. A full day fee ($45.00) is
required at the time of service rendered.
10. Adding an extra hour after preschool (until 12:30 PM) must be okayed by the Director with at
least 24 hours advance notice and is dependent on availability. This extra hour will be billed the
current hourly rate. If a whole afternoon is added to the morning hours, a $25.00 fee will be
required at the time of service.
11. No switching of days will be allowed.
12. A two week written notice is required for withdrawal. If two weeks advance notice is not
provided, the standard tuition fee shall be charged for that period.
13. The center reserves the right to deny, cancel, sever, or suspend a child’s enrollment at any time
due to consistent late payments, abuse of hours, or unresolvable behavior problems. Any
unused tuition will be refunded.
14. Children may not attend school while ill. Children who become ill at school must be picked up
immediately – refer to health policy guidelines. All absences should be reported by 9:00 AM.
I understand the terms of this Agreement and agree to be bound by them. I have received a
copy of this agreement and a copy of the parent handbook.
