Senior Recruitment Advisor (OPM) Permanent, full time Salary £25,000 - £28,000 + Benefits package pa Reporting to Head of Marketing, Recruitment & Communications Based Coventry Post from May 2016 Ref N/A Term Permanent FT/PT Full time Role Description: The Senior Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for supervising a team of Admissions Advisors who are facilitating prospective students through the application process for their University of choice. The Senior Recruitment Advisor will support the Recruitment Advisors in meeting their objectives and ensure their questions or challenges are addressed. They will also own the overall recruitment target and work with their team members to meet the collective goal for the course(s). Responsibilities: Responsible for the development, direction and coordination of recruitment team activities in accomplishing its collective team goals Serves as a mentor to the team of Advisors to help them meet sales objectives Responsible for the recruitment target, which would require communication with prospective students through a variety of communication channels, including: phone calls, emails or SMS regarding a University and its course(s) Follow Keypath and University guidelines for lead management and moving leads through the different statuses in the CRM Advising prospective students using a consultative process to ensure they have all the information to make an informed decision about the University and its course(s). Support students through the recruitment and application process Use the CRM to track student progress and all communication with prospective students Achieve daily metrics surrounding number of calls per day, speed to lead metrics, talk time per, number of applications per day as set by the Manager. Provide support in the development of these metrics for team insight/action Communicate industry trends, course differentiators/factors and student feedback in internal cross functional meetings and to the marketing team Actively participate in internal team meetings, as well as participating in conference calls with partner admissions teams Support in the forecasting of application and student recruitment forecasts for future development Collaborate with the marketing team to provide input into the development of internal cultivation plans by the marketing team Supporting the marketing activities, representing the University at external and internal events, as required Ability to work shift patterns (including evenings and weekends) to support dialing strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor degree required 3-4 years of sales experience (ideally in recruitment/sales) 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a recruitment/sales environment Ability to work in a fast paced, agile organisation and team General knowledge of Higher Education and recruitment and admissions experience (UK and international) preferred Technically proficient in CRM and CMS systems, with proven training skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Goal oriented and proven ability to meet sales targets.
