Proceeds from this event will go to Westlake students whose families require assistance to meet the costs
of their sons’ endeavours in the classroom, on the sports field and on the musical stage. We look forward

$500 per team of four
Hole Sponsorship:
$250 per hole - Please consider hole sponsorship as a means of gaining additional exposure for your brand and making a worthy contribution towards the
education costs of some chosen Westlake students
Prizegiving:
Winning teams; Closest to the Pin; Longest Drive; Best Dressed team
Refreshments:
Oncourse snacks and refreshments and a light evening meal are included
A cash bar will operate in the clubhouse at the end of play

Golf Day Format
4 Ball Ambrose
 All four players tee off on every hole
 The best ball is selected from the four tee shots, the player whose tee shot has been
used on that hole is noted on the scorecard
 All four players play from that best ball’s position
 This procedure continues until the hole is completed
 Note: At least four tee shots from each player must be used during the round
Longest Drive - 1st Hole
 To be eligible for the longest drive, your tee shot must be on the fairway
 Mark your name on the sign found on the 1st fairway and place the sign where your ball landed
Closest to the Pin - 10th hole
 To be eligible for closest to the pin your tee shot must land on the green
 Mark your name on the sign and place it where the ball finished from the tee shot

Refund policy: If, due to inclement weather or any other unforeseen circumstance, the Westlakers Golf Day has to be cancelled, your donation of team
registration and hole sponsorship fees (100% tax-deductible) towards this fundraising event would be much appreciated. Alternatively, 50% of
registration fees and 100% of hole sponsorship fees will be refunded upon written request to the event organisers. We value your continuing support.
