Kunsthalle Würth, Schwäbisch Hall
The Nationalgalerie of the Staatliche Museen zu Berlin, one of the
most significant museums for classic modern art, presents around 200
of their most prominent works from the years 1900–1945 at Kunsthalle
Würth – among them major works by Picasso, Klee, Kandinsky, Munch,
Beckmann, Kirchner, Grosz or Dix. The exhibition is based on a highly
successful presentation of the collection at Nationalgalerie in Berlin
which showcased the history of modern art in a spectacularly new way.
In addition to the highlights of the collection, the exhibition features
further masterpieces that add to and round off conventional notions
associated with this era characterized by political and artistic events.
Pick-by-voice: The new Würth Logistics Center West uses a pick-by-voice system.
Orders are wirelessly transmitted to the picker by the inventory management system.

want to be available for our customers at any time. As a consequence, it goes without saying that the quality of the over 100,000

guiding principle of Würth‘s quality management: “Würth is quality –
everywhere and every time”. No trouble at the job site due to missing
or defective tools – work is simply easier. Over three million tradespeople and industrial customers put their faith in us.
Forum Würth Rorschach, Switzerland
For years, the collecting couple Carmen and Reinhold Würth have
advocated the social integration of people with mental or physical
disabilities. More than 200 works of these special artists have already
been added to the Würth Collection. For the first time, 50 paintings
and drawings from the Würth Collection are put in dialog with about
50 sculptures and objects from the John Collection at Forum Würth in
Rorschach. The acquisition of the eastern Swiss art collection of Mina
and Josef John by the Museum im Lagerhaus in St. Gallen, Foundation
for Swiss Naive Art and Art Brut, was supported by Würth.

Building-up the Würth Group is the life’s work of the entrepreneur Prof. Dr. h. c. mult. Reinhold Würth. The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Würth Group’s Family Trusts turned the hardware
wholesale business, which was founded by his father in 1945, from
a two-man business into today’s Würth Group. Today, the world
market leader in the trade with assembly and fastening materials is
represented by more than 400 companies in over 80 countries.

The global trade with fastening and assembly materials
is the core business of the Würth Group. Würth’s classic product
range, which is distributed through an international network of
Würth Line companies, comprises more than 100,000 products for
craft and industry: from screws, screw accessories and anchors,
to tools, chemical-technical products and personal protective
equipment. The Allied Companies of the Würth Group are trading
or production companies operating mostly in similar or diversified
business fields. They sell products for markets related to the Group’s
traditional core business such as products for DIY stores, material
for electrical installations, electronic components (e.g. circuit boards)
and financial services.
New IT Technology Center of the Würth Group and the Würth
Elektronik Group at the Waldzimmern industrial park in Niedernhall. Together with the data centers in Gaisbach and Waldenburg,
the IT Technology Center forms the so-called “Hohenloher Ring”
(Hohenlohe Circle) that combines the three data centers in a
“real-time backup cluster”. This step is an important milestone as
it ensures high data security for the Group. The foundation stone
was laid on 30 May 2014. The completion of the building is
planned for the third quarter of 2015.
Multi-channel sales at Würth The order behavior of our
customers has changed in the digital age. They are calling for, and
indeed using, the various opportunities offered by the Internet. This
has prompted Würth to focus on multi-channel sales: Products
can be ordered by fax, phone, through the internet and personally,
that is at a branch office or with our sales representatives.
