Use water resistance to develop strength and cardiovascular endurance. Balanced Body is a class of strength, core and conditioning with an emphasis on balance. Body Conditioning is a blend of strength, resistance and cardio training all rolled up into one intense class. Body Bar Conditioning is a conditioning class using weighted bars for more resistance. Cardio Core gets your heart pumping using good old boot-camp style drills and core training to strengthen abdominals. Chic Physique Head to toe workout choreographed to music. CP is a non-stop strength, core, balance and resistance workout. Fitness Fusion is a fusion class of strength, cardio, balance, core and more. This class uses a variety of props to enhance the workout. Spin is a vigorous workout to music on a bike. Bikes have monitors to keep track of your workout as well as clips and baskets for your shoes. TRX (Total Body Resistance Exercise) is a body weight class to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. Flow Yoga is a Yoga blend of both flowing sequences and restorative postures. Yoga for Inspiration is a Yoga class designed to smoothly flow through classical yoga poses while listening to inspiring quotes, intentions and meditations throughout the class. This is a 75 minute class. Yoga-Pilates is a blend of flow yoga and mat Pilates. Pilates is a combination of moves that offer core strength, stability, flexibility and Flow Yoga which makes this the perfect workout. Pilates Reformer The reformer is a piece of resistance exercise equipment designed by Joseph Pilates. It consists of a platform that moves back and forth along a carriage. Resistance is provided by the exerciser's body weight and by springs attached to the carriage and platform to increase strength and flexibility. Reformer classes offered on the schedule are complimentary and are set up for duet classes. Classes are first come, first serve.
