Exhibitors will be responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and themselves in and around the building and parking area. By providing an email address on the entry form, you agree to electronic correspondence for confirmation letter and judging program. If you would like your confirmation letter and judging program sent via US Postal Service, you may either not provide your email address on your entry or you may specifically request snail mail. Lunch will be provided for FREE to all exhibitors on the days of the trials. Dogs cannot be left in the building overnight. Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by the Veterinarian or Judge, or barred from competition by action of the Trial Committee. If because of riots, civil disturbances, or other acts beyond the control of the management it is impossible to open or complete the show, no refund of entry fee will be made. Entry Fees: $25.00 for the first entry of a dog and $22.00 each additional entry of the same dog in the same trial. An AKC recording fee of $.50 first entry only and an AKC Event Service Fee of $3.00 per entry will be required for each dog entered in the Obedience trials. An AKC Recording Fee of $3.00 will be required for each entry in the Rally trial. Bitches in season: Bitches that come in season after the closing date of the obedience trial may have all but $10.00 of the entry fee refunded upon receipt by the trial secretary of a veterinarian certificate prior to the beginning hour of judging. Exhibitors should follow their veterinarian’s recommendations to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases, and have appropriate vaccinations. It is the responsibility of the person submitting the entry form to ensure accuracy of data on the entry form. In the event of errors or cancellation, no refund will be given after the published closing date. Dogs may arrive any time prior to their scheduled time of judging. Dogs not required for further judging will be excused. Transfers will be permitted in accordance with Obedience/Rally Regulations Ch.1 Sec. 16. Transfers must be submitted at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the trial for which the transfer is being requested. JUDGES WILL NOT WAIT for any dog holding up a class. Owners and Agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring when their classes are called to be judged. A wait list will be maintained in accordance with Obedience/Rally Regulations Ch.1 Sec. 27 in order to fill openings created by withdrawals before closing. UDX/PUDX will be offered as a class. Dogs entered in this UDX or PUDX Class will be entered in both Open B and Utility B, or Preferred Open and Preferred Utility and the combined entry fee for these two classes must be paid. Once the limit has been reached in either the Open B or the Utility B Class or the Preferred Open and Preferred Utility Class, the UDX or PUDX Classes will be considered closed and any subsequent entries for this class will be unacceptable in their entirety. RAE will be offered as a class. Dogs entered in this RAE Class will be entered in both Rally Advanced B and Rally Excellent B, and the combined entry fee for these two classes must be paid. Once the limit has been reached, the RAE Class will be considered closed and any subsequent entries for this class will be unacceptable in their entirety.
