David Rodrigues Missionary Printer Preaching Rodrigues Family Ministries April, May, June 2017 Sending Church: Send Monthly Support to: Maranatha Baptist Church Pastor: T. We have seen many salvation decisions, as well as the personal opportunity to lead several folks to Christ during our meetings and travels. It is a joy to share the life changing Gospel message with others. We are glad to be back in West Virginia now, giving attendance to our responsibilities here. The printing ministry continues to grow and prosper. I am excited about the opportunities for new projects and some recent equipment we acquired to help the printing ministry. We are so grateful for your prayers and support. This year is shaping up to be a busy year for the Rodrigues family. Please continue to pray that we reach our monthly support goals by the beginning of 2018. The Lord continues to miraculously supply our every need as we look to Him. He is faithful and worthy of all honor!!!!! Our oldest daughter Nurie graduates this year. Wow! This only continues to cement in my mind how short our time here in this world is. Life surely is a vapor as the Bible so wonderfully states it: James 4:14 Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away. Please pray for her as she seeks the Lord’s will for her life. Our desire is to see each of our children directly in the center of God’s will. Wherever that is will be the very best place for her to be. I am currently planning a missions trip in January of 2018 to Botswana, Africa. Nurie will also be going on this trip. The plane tickets will be around $1500-$1700.00 a piece. We are working toward saving this and asking people to pray about helping us reach our goals. If you would like to help, please let me know. If you or someone you know is interested in taking a missions trip this would be a wonderful opportunity. If you would like more information please contact me via the cell number or e-mail below. Thank you! May God richly bless your ministries as you continue to serve Him! Many thanks to all our faithful friends and supporters. Your prayers and support have enabled us to engage in the work of Lord continually. What a wonderful opportunity we have as we strive together for the cause of the Gospel! Phill 1:27b ….that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel;. Thank You!! In His service, Bro. David Rodrigues 1Co 15:58 ¶ Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord. *******See Back for Jill’s “Precious Moments”******** 845 Honaker Lane Charleston, WV 25312 Dear Family & Friends, April, May, June 2017 First of all, THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts for your faithful support, love and prayers! You folks are VERY dear to us and we could not do what we do, without you!! These past couple of months were VERY productive and busy as we had a tour SOUTH to visit some old and some new churches (that we had never been to) to sing and present our ministry. We were in church a good portion of that entire trip, and it was a blessing serving Jesus and hearing the preaching of God’s Holy Word night after night. It was nice to find pockets of days here and there where we had no plans and just spend time as a family. The weather in Florida was beautiful and the friendships we have in the lower States are sweet. However, we missed home and when we got back, we were excited! David stretched his arms out and said, “Guess what? I am not touching ANYTHING!!” We are SO thankful for our RV (home on wheels) but it can get quite small with 14 people living in it for weeks and weeks. LOL. God was good to us though and we were thankful for the trip…..smile. We stay busy with music, radio ministry, volunteering at a pregnancy center, printing, David preaching, soul-winning outreach, etc. I (Jill) am excited that I will be traveling and speaking at 4 different ladies’ meetings this year. This has always been a burden of my heart and I am glad to minister to my sisters in Christ! God is beginning to open the doors in this area, and I am thankful! Nurie is graduating this year! WOW! My (Jill’s) sister Angie, had her 7th baby—Amity early February! PTL! She is SO cute! Amy Foster has struggled with an infection in her bladder and kidneys. Please continue to pray for her. Being a quadriplegic is hard enough, but to add that—well, it’s not been easy! UGH! Olivia (5 yrs.) said the other day when she cut her lip while playing….”I BROKE my lip!!” Also, when she saw a pair of shoes that she used to have, she exclaimed, “I used to have a pair of shoes like that in the olden days!” Our children bring us SO much joy…...even our FIVE teenagers!! God bless you all!! Serving Jesus With Joy, Jill Rodrigues Titus 2:12-14
