Ellen R. Sarnoff
Barry is the President of Podolsky &
Associates of Florida, Inc., which has
specialized in commercial real estate
brokerage in southeast Florida for the
past thirty years. Barry began his career
as a CPA with Deloitte Touche and
received his MBA from the University
of Washington.
Ellen is the Chair of the Board of
Directors of the Jewish Federation
of South Palm Beach County, and
a board member of the Jewish
Federations of North America.
MATTHEW C. LEVIN
Wesley E. Finch
Wes is a Certified Public Accountant
and is Founder and Chairman of a
multi-faceted real estate development
and management entity. He is a
graduate of the Bernard Baruch College
of The City University of New York.
James Nobil
James H. Nobil is the President of
the Board of Trustees for the SPCA
of Hancock County, ME, and a past
board member for the Ruth Rales
Jewish Family Services and Donna
Klein Jewish Academy. Jim was also
a two-time Chairman of the Board of
Directors for the Jewish Federation
of South Palm Beach County.
David Galpern
David is currently retired from a
professional career with 35 years
experience as a Senior Financial Officer,
Executive V.P. and Chief Financial
Officer of several various public
corporations and is a graduate of
Rider University.
Matt is President and CEO of the
Jewish Federation of South Palm
Beach County. Matt was previously
with the American Israel Public
Affairs Committee for 25 years as
Southeastern States Director and
Florida Regional Director. Prior to
joining AIPAC’s Florida staff, he
served in the Washington, DC AIPAC
office as a Field Organizer for proIsrael communities in the Midwest and
Southwest. Matt graduated from the
University of South Florida in Tampa,
where he received a Bachelor of Arts
degree in Political Science.
Mel Lowell
Mel is Chief Financial Officer and
Chief Operating Officer of the Jewish
Federation of South Palm Beach
County. He is responsible for the daily
operation of its 100 acre campus as
well as all financial, administrative,
strategic planning, development and
compliance functions. Mel is a graduate
of the Pace University Honors program
in Accountancy Practice, Finance and
Administration.
