POLICIES
PRICING AND GUARANTEES
A 24% taxable service charge and 6.5% state sales tax will be added to all food, beverage, audiovisual, and destination services charges.
Prices are subject to change and can only be guaranteed within 60 days of your function date.
A guaranteed guest count is required by 12:00 pm, three business days prior to your function date. This will be considered a guarantee for which you will be charged
even if fewer guests attend, unless your attendance exceeds your guarantee. This guarantee will apply to all aspects of your event, including, but not limited to, food,
beverage, and destination services. If we are not advised of a guaranteed count, the expected number of guests will become the guaranteed count.
For functions with guarantees below 400, we will set and prepare for up to 5% over the guaranteed guest count. For functions with guarantees above 400, we will set
and prepare for 3% over the guaranteed guest count.
FEES
Food Functions with less than 50 guests guaranteed are subject to $225 Production Fee
Chef/Attendant fees of $225 per chef and/or attendant will apply to your function and will be noted on your banquet event orders when required
A bartender fee of $225 per bartender will apply. One (1) bartender is staffed for every 75 guests.
A cashier fee of $150 per hour for the first two hours and $15 per hour for the third and subsequent hours, will apply if a cash bar is selected.
Events held outdoors are subject to a $5 per person outdoor set up fee, per meal period
Furniture removal fees may apply based on the needs/set up of your events
ALCOHOL
The sale and service of all alcoholic beverages is regulated by the Florida State Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco. The Ritz- Carlton Orlando Grande
Lakes are responsible for the administration of those regulations. It is our policy, therefore, that no alcoholic beverages may be brought into the resort at any time.
For similar liability reasons, no food may be brought into the resort for any catered functions.
Florida law requires all alcohol service to end at 2:00 am.
POLICIES
OUTDOOR FUNCTIONS
For safety reasons, no glass or china is allowed for use at Poolside
For all outdoor functions, a weather call will be made according to the following schedule: Breakfast functions - the evening prior, Lunch functions - 9:00 am, Dinner
functions - four hours prior to function.
Weather calls will be made by you upon the recommendation of the Meetings and Special Events and Banquet Managers. Should you be unavailable, the decision
will be made on your behalf. Should there be the possibility of adverse weather (such as lightning, temperature, wind) that could result in any harm to guests or
employees, the function will necessarily be moved indoors.
All amplified music and entertainment in outdoor locations must conclude by 10:00 pm
In order to preserve the Hotel’s guest experience at the pool, poolside events cannot start before 7:00 pm.
