This Tariff sets commission rates charged by Joint Stock Commercial Bank “Interprombank” (Closed Joint Stock
Company) (hereafter – the “Bank”) for executing orders of correspondent banks (resident and non-resident). The
Bank reserves the right to change tariff rates for each specific transaction or use a special settlement procedure if
there is a special agreement between the Bank and Correspondent.
The rates under this Tariff are applied only to those transactions that are executed using the standard procedure.
The Bank reserves the right to charge a special or additional commission in cases where a transaction can only be
executed if additional efforts are exerted, and/or for non-standard transactions.
The Bank’s actual expenses incurred in connection with execution of a correspondent bank’s order shall be
refunded by the latter in full, and will be charged to the ordering party or the beneficiary depending on the
payment instructions received by the Bank.
The Bank’s commission fee shall be charged to the ordering party or the beneficiary (in compliance with the order
directions) as soon as the payment order has been executed. The expenses incurred by the Bank may be refunded
after the payment order has been executed and as their reimbursement is requested in bills.
In the event the Bank’s commission fees and expenses, due from a third party in accordance with the
Correspondent’s order, can not be received by the Bank under the procedure hereinabove specified, the amounts
of such commission fees and expenses shall be charged to the Correspondent that gave the payment order.
Documentary credits transactions are subject to “Uniform Customs and Practices for Documentary Credits” (UCP600), or any other of their subsequent revisions.
Collection transactions are subject to “Uniform Rules for Collection” (1995 Revision), Edition of the International
Chamber of Commerce # 522, or any other of their subsequent revisions.
The commission fee for executing transactions is levied on a correspondent bank in the account currency or
Russian rubles at the exchange rate set by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation at the date of transaction.
References and statements are issued, correspondence is maintained upon a written request by a correspondent
bank, which is signed by persons authorized to manage the account, or under a keyed notice received via the
telex/SWIFT system.
The commission fee levied by the Bank for executing correspondent banks’ orders is nonrefundable.
Amounts of commission fees levied as part of bank transactions shall be exempt of VAT. Amounts of commission
fees levied as part of other transactions, that are marked with two asterisks (**) in the Tariff, include 18 % VAT.
