®
CentriFuse is Going Blue
®
Effective October 1, 2015, the color of the brake drum changes from black to STEMCO blue for all CentriFuse®
Brake Drums except for CentriFuse HD®, which will remain STEMCO red. The change to blue paint does not affect
the fit, form, function or performance of STEMCO CentriFuse® Brake Drums. All part numbers will remain the
same, as will the superior quality and performance that you have trusted for over 80 years.
Why Did CentriFuse® Go Blue?
The purpose for this change is to further differentiate the performance and quality of the CentriFuse® product,
and to protect the integrity of STEMCO customers’ investment in CentriFuse® technology. With offshore imitation
and look-a-like drums targeting the industry, STEMCO must ensure that customers are getting the proven
quality, reliability, safety, performance, and weight reduction they have come to expect when purchasing Genuine
CentriFuse® Brake Drums.
