Ez Event Production is excited to announce that the Balboa Strawberry
Festival will take place on Sunday, June 11, 2017.The Strawberry Festival
will include delicious summer treats, local vendors, music, activities, arts &
crafts and an interactive Kids Zone, plus strawberry vendors offering up the
finest of the season- sure to be a great event, you don’t want to miss out on
this opportunity to engage with the community!
One-Day Event: Sunday, June 11, 2017

Application Fees:
• Standard Fee: $300
• Electricity- designated area only: additional $100
Electricity
If you would like to have a booth with electricity, please note that there will
be an extra $100 charge, and your booth space will be in a designated area
with direct electrical access. These booths are on a first come, first serve
basis via the application. YOU MUST REQUEST ELECTRICITY ON THIS
APPLICATION. THESE BOOTHS ARE VERY LIMITED IN A
DESIGNATED AREA OF THE FESTIVAL.
Included in Fee: 10x10 booth space, including white pop up tents, 8 foot
table and two chairs.
Sellers/Food Permit
All vendors and exhibitors must have a valid California tax permit to
participate in the Festival. The certificate must be available for inspection
during the event. If you are selling any food items, you must have a Food
and Health Permit.

person or organization affiliated with the 2017 Balboa Strawberry Festival

employee or representative while in the show area or on the festival
grounds.
