Lifespan Presents: Matter of Balance Series
Tuesdays & Thursdays; Jan. 10, 12, 17, 19,

Lifespan is offering this complimentary 4 week
workshop, which meets 2 times a week for 2½
hours. This peer-led series helps to reduce
the fear of falling. It will also focus on
increasing physical activity levels of older
adults who have concerns about falling. Note:
A minimum number of 6 participants must be
met in order to run the program.

Way, and Lifespan. The purpose of the Center is to promote successful aging by providing an
engaging atmosphere that creates a sense of community and encourages life-long learning.
These classes are open to all members as well as the community. You do not need to have an
