Commencement Notice
IT is notified for general information that the Protocol amending
the Agreement between the Government of Malta and the
Government of the Republic of South Africa for the Avoidance of
Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to
Taxes on Income published as a Schedule to Legal Notice 392 of
2013 has entered into force on 17 December 2013.
