On behalf of all the volunteers, contributors, faculty, staff and students of St. Mary’s School and
Parish, we welcome you to our annual school fundraiser.
We hope everyone has a wonderful evening!

LIVE AUCTION
The Live Auction will begin at 7:30 pm on Saturday, October 8, 2016.
SILENT AUCTION GUIDELINES
The Silent Auction will be open to preview from 3:00 – 4:30 p.m. in the Parish Hall Saturday, October 8, 2016.
Bidding will take place starting at 6:00 p.m. Tables 1 will close at 8:30 p.m., tables 2 at 8:40 p.m., tables 3
at 8:50 p.m. and tables 4 at 9:00 p.m.. Those wishing to bid may do so by first obtaining a bid number.
Each new bid must exceed the last bid by a minimum of $5.00. If your bid is the winning bid and does
not exceed the previous bid by $5.00, the silent auction committee will increase your bid to the
mandatory $5.00 increase.
At approximately 9:45 pm the winning bidders will be able to pick up their item(s) in the Parish Hall at the
checkout table.
GRUB GRAB GUIDELINES
The food items listed under Grub Grab will be offered at face value on a first come, first serve basis starting
at 7:00 p.m. Grab your desired grub from the display board and return to the bid number registration table.
Payments for all items will be due the night of the auction, by either cash or check.
