Yepper, has nothing to do with an 'interest' in a proceeding, so whatever 'expertise' I might have
acquired is a non-sequitur. It only infers that one can understand/interpret facets of an
'issue/docket', follow it, and make an 'informed' comment.
Interest implies just that, a 'curiosity' of an issue/docket. Case in point, the 5.5 hours of solar
snowflakes, who had an 'interest' but no real expertise.
Maybe I am trying to expand my 'expertise' in the 'inner workings' of the PUC? Remember, no one
can have too much knowledge in anything, always something new to learn...

From what I recall, I said something to the effect of “no one reads your press releases,” a statement based on the
fact that, as far as I know, no major media outlets have used your press releases as support for a PUCN‐related
story. However, I don’t doubt that you have a following.
With regard to the Legislature, any statement suggesƟng that you are ineffecƟve as an advocate occurred within the
context of you complaining that the Legislature has disregarded and will conƟnue to disregard your concerns related
