SUMMARY The 2016 North Carolina Mentoring Conference highlights
the NCBA Senior Lawyers Division’s emphasis on mentoring. Joined by
the NCBA Young Lawyers Division, we gain insight into the history and
importance of mentoring to the legal profession and emphasize several
types of mentoring particularly appealing to Millennials. This program
explores what it takes to make mentoring a success.
Join nationally recognized mentoring experts, Amy Timmer and Dave
Bateson, as they share their expertise in this insightful conference
which also includes an engaging workshop providing “hands on” and
“how to” sessions for establishing and enhancing mentoring in local bar
associations, law schools, law firms and legal departments of all sizes.
