Defence Research & Development Organization (DRDO) invites application for direct
recruitment to 1142 posts through DRDO Entry Test-2016. Applying ONLINE is mandatory for
the post of STA-„B‟, Technician „A‟, Junior Translator, Stenographer Grade II, Admin Assistant
and Store Assistant.

Many of the aspirants facing critical problem in online application process of this DRDO
recruitment 2016. Here we are explaining full process step by step with images that can make
your hardship easy.
STEP 1 VISIT ONLINE APPLICATION PORTAL FOR
REGISTRATION.
Go to the website “http://ceptamonline.org” and find the “New Registration” button to register
yourself.
STEP 2 READ INSTRUCTIONS AND PROCEED.
Read all the instructions available there carefully after that tick the checkbox and click on
“Proceed” button.
STEP 3 FILL DETAILS TO REGISTER.
Fill required details correctly to register i.e. Name, DOB, Gender, Contact, Email ID. Click on
the “Register” button.
STEP 4 CHECK YOUR MAILBOX.
Now you need to login to your email ID to check mailbox. An email sent by DRDO will be
available there having your “USER ID” and “PASSWORD“. Note or remember ID and
PASSWORD to access in DRDO online portal.
STEP 5 LOGIN WITH CREDENTIALS.
Go to the CEPTAM online portal and click on Login button. Now just enter your ID and
PASSWORD which you have got through email.
STEP 6 START ONLINE APPLICATION.
At the navigation bar you‟ll see Online Application option. Click on it and you‟ll move towards
online application form.
STEP 7 SUBMIT PERSONAL DETAILS AND SAVE.
You have to fill up all the Personal details correctly i.e. Father‟s/Mother‟s name, Category, ID
proof, Address etc. After filling all the details once check it to confirm and Click on “Save and
Continue” button.
STEP 8 GIVE EXAM, QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCES
AND OTHER DETAILS.
Now select the post name which you want to apply and choose three different exam cities. Fill
details about your educational qualifications, experiences and click on Save and Continue button.
STEP 9 MAKE YOUR DOCUMENTS READY TO UPLOAD.
Now you need to prepare your scanned documents for uploading in prescribed size and format
i.e. Photo, Sign, Left Thumb Impression, Cast and Qualification Certificates etc. Click on “Yes,
Upload Image and Files” button to move towards uploading page.
STEP 10 UPLOAD REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AS PER SCALE.
One by one upload all the required documents by ticking √ checkbox and “Browse” button given
with each document option. After successfully uploading of documents click on “Save and
Continue” button.
STEP 11 REVIEW YOUR APPLICATION.
Now it will ask to check your application whether it is correctly filled up in all respect or not.
Click on “Yes, Review Application form” to continue.
STEP 12 FINAL SUBMIT.
Checking details carefully if it needed to edit somewhere then go back with the help of buttons
available at bottom. Edit and Save correct information of all three stages. After that tick √ the
checkbox “I Agree” and click on “Submission & Proceed to Payment”.
STEP 13 GO TO THE PAYMENT PAGE.
It will show your Fee Payment details. Click on “Proceed to Pay” button to move on to payment
page.
STEP 14 CHOOSE ANY MODE AND PAY FEES.
Here you have to select payment mode i.e. Credit/Debit/Cash Card or Net banking. Fill all
required details and pay the fees. Now your full Application form is submitted you can check
status through login to CEPTAM online portal.
