SCHOOL UNIFORM
ALL UNIFORM CLOTHING IS TO BE PURCHASED FROM THE SCHOOL UNIFORM SHOP
Bethel Christian School does not have a fixed summer and winter uniform. This allows flexibility in our
changeable weather. Parents are, however, asked to try and keep to the summer style uniform in terms one and four
and the winter style uniform in terms two and three.
ALL KINDERGARTEN, PRE-PRIMARY AND YEAR 1 STUDENTS
Easy tie sport style soft sole shoe, (Velcro is great) and white or navy anklet socks
available from the uniform shop (not low cut sport style).

Wet weather jacket – optional (outside wear). Not to be worn instead of jumper.
Hair
Hair long enough to be tied back must be tied back. Hair must be natural in colour and tidy.
Extreme styles are not permitted. Navy or black hair accessories only.
Make Up
None permitted, including nail polish
Jewellery
None permitted except small, simple sleepers or studs. Maximum of two piercings per ear.
White T/Shirts White T/shirts are available as an undergarment for warmth in winter.
Shoes
PRIMARY AND SECONDARY STUDENTS – YEAR 2-10
Standard, polishable black leather lace-up school shoes, not black sandshoes or sneakers or boot
style. For Sport: Proper sports shoe (laces need to be same colour as shoe) – SKATE SHOES,
VOLLEYS - NOT ACCEPTABLE – PICTURE GUIDE ATTACHED.
Hair
Hair long enough to be tied back must be tied back. Hair must be natural in colour and tidy. (Hair
should not be coloured other than a child’s natural colour). Extreme styles are not permitted. Navy
