PURCHASE REQUIREMENTS:
• Grower must purchase the minimum
cottonseed quantities AND a minimum of two
PhytoGen® cottonseed varieties to qualify for the respective rebate.
REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS:
• Growers who have already registered for
Southern Rewards do not need to do so again
• Growers who are new to the program must
register at www.DOWSouthernRewards or by
calling 1.800.258.3033 between September 1,
2016 and August 31, 2017

SOUTHERN REWARDS TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Growers who are new to the Southern Rewards
program must register between September 1, 2016, and
August 31, 2017, at www.DOWSouthernRewards.com
or by calling 1.800.258.3033.
2. Participating products will only be considered for rebate
calculations if reported via electronic data exchange
(EDI) or point of sale (POS) from an authorized PhytoGen
dealer and invoiced between September 1, 2016, and
August 31, 2017.
3. Purchases qualify only if they are planted in the states or
counties listed above.
4. Rebate payment will only be made on final net
purchases ( total purchases less replants and returns)
that are used on the grower’s owned or rented acres.
5. Replanted units claimed with PhytoGen® cottonseed
will not be eligible for the Southern Rewards rebate.
6. Rebate payment will only be made to the party named on
the invoice.
7. PhytoGen reserves the right to audit grower purchases
and use of Dow AgroSciences products on their owned
or rented acres.
8. A
ll rebate information provided by Dow AgroSciences
regarding individual program earnings is a good
faith estimate of total earnings potential. Actual total
program earnings and payments will be calculated by
Dow AgroSciences at its sole discretion.
9. F or seed containing insect-protection traits, grower
must be in full compliance with all the IRM requirements
relating to the product. Acres NOT in compliance will not
qualify for rebate.
10. N
o purchases of seed containing licensed traits will
qualify under this program unless the grower has
signed a valid Technology Use Agreement with the
technology provider prior to planting.
11. W
here permitted by law, Dow AgroSciences reserves
the right to deduct from program payments any
amounts due to Dow AgroSciences and/or its affiliates.
12. Dow AgroSciences reserves the right to modify
or terminate this program at any time without
notice. Participation by growers in this program is
voluntary and is not required in order to purchase
Dow AgroSciences products.
