SILENT AUCTION 2017
1. The Silent Auction will begin at 6:30 p.m.
2. A bidding sheet will be displayed with each item. To bid, write your bid and bidder number on the sheet
for that item.
3. Minimum bids and bid raises will be noted on each sheet. PLEASE RAISE THE BID BY NO LESS
THAN THE AMOUNT INDICATED OR YOUR BID WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.
4. Closing times for each group of Silent Auction tables will be displayed and are also listed in the Silent
Auction catalog.
5. The person whose bid number appears opposite the highest bid at the time each table closes purchases
the item, if they are the qualified bidder.
6. The number of the highest qualified bidder will be highlighted on the bidding sheet.
7. Payment for Silent Auction items must be made this evening to the cashier! Please allow 30 minutes
after the close of each silent bidding section for posting of bids.
8. To claim all merchandise, you must present a paid receipt.
9. All certificates expire 12-31-2017 unless otherwise noted.
10. Certificates may not be redeemed for cash.
11. SALES TAX ON ALL PURCHASES WILL BE COLLECTED AT CHECKOUT.
