Sadly Summer is rapidly
reaching an end, due to this fact
we wanted to provide some
friendly reminders regarding the


remind everyone that kids
will be waiting for the bus in
the early morning hours and
getting off the bus around
mid-afternoon; please make
sure you’re using caution
when you are driving
throughout the community.
Pool– the pool is going to be
closing, the last day we’ll be
open is Labor Day
(Monday). The hours for the
pool are now at off-peak
season hours due to daylight.

Deck Furniture– the deck
furniture will be removed
and stored after the pool has
closed. If you are still
interested in using the deck,
you are allowed to due so!

School’s Back in Session–
with school being back in
session we just wanted to

Property Speed Limit– the
speed limit while driving
throughout our community is
15mph– we have noticed
many people who are driving
way too fast. Please make
