Guide build cost notes The Potton element of your project will normally represent approximately a third of the total build cost, excluding land. To assist you in preparing a preliminary budget for completing the build of your Potton home, we have produced guide build costs for a number of selected house types, including those at our Show Centre. These are based on the following criteria: 1.the cladding finish is as shown against each house type 2.the site ground conditions will allow the use of standard strip foundations with a concrete oversite 3.the material specifications are as described 4.you as the client managing the project and employing subcontract labour to complete the build 5.costs for the following are excluded: - connections to mains services - professional fees - landscaping - garage Other factors Please remember that the costs shown are for guidance purposes only.
