Information Update
Well after all the shite weather we’ve had lately it seems that better stuff is actually going
to favour us this weekend. This is what Met Services website tells us we can expect for this
weekend. A full two days of blue skies and sunshine. Awesome aye!
So no excuses…get your skates on and get planning to get on down here!
Things to Remember…

Accommodation
For those coming down on Saturday and planning to stay overnight, there are plenty of
accommodation options available in the town, but remember this is OPOTIKI ☺ and we
also have a limited supply of mattresses, bunks, and camp beds for people to bunk down
in the clubrooms, in true fly-in style – toilet and kitchen facilities are also available.
We have also organised a cracker hangi dinner for Saturday nite (6.30pm). Cost is a cheap
$12 a head. Should provide a good start to the rest of the evening! Early confirmation
would be appreciated if this sounds like a bit of you. We anticipate and look forward to a
bit of social stuff Saturday night where we can swap outrageous and unlikely stories and
rehash some of the old ones.
If you are planning on over-nighting with us, either in town or on site, please let us know
– helps with our own planning!
Here’s looking forward to your company
