2015 Year End Report ‐ Mark Spoke about the various events held in 2015 and how we have made great strides in making organizational changes and that we still have more to do in 1016. 2016 Meeting Dates ‐ Discussion was had concerning meeting dates and location. The dates will be set in a upcoming resolution and it was decided to continue to meet at the library meeting room instead of members' homes. Motion was made to approve the slate of officers’ s/m: Chris / Mike, Approved Discuss Year End Donations ‐ Mike suggested that we donate $250 to Friends to be a sponsor of their Mardi Gras Event. As a sponsor we would receive 2 tickets to the event and it was decided to use these tickets as a membership incentive. m/s Bob / Ben, Approved Additional year end donations are currently on hold in order to have more discussion. 2016 Goals ‐ Discussion was had concerning setting goals for this year. We decided to set a goal of having 50 paid members by the end of 2016. Goals discussion will continue at future meetings. V.
Membership Report ‐ Joan has reported she has emailed a renewal letter to past members and will mail a printed copy to members without email address and to those that bounced back. VI.

Unfinished Business i. Resolution 2016‐001 ‐ Adopt Bylaws – New By‐laws were presented and discussed. A motion was made to approve. s/m: Chris / Larry, Approved New Business – The following resolutions are to establish a paper trail and board approval of board policies that are not covered in the by‐laws. i. Resolution 2016‐002 ‐ Banking Account – Continues the clubs banking at South Side Bank in Peoria. s/m: Mike / Chris, Approved ii. Resolution 2016‐003 ‐ Post Office Box– Continues the club use of a Post Office Box on the main Peoria Post Office ‐ s/m: Ben / Mike, Approved iii. Pizza Hut Coupon (Bob R.) – The Pizza Hut event will be held on Tuesday, February 2nd for our Dining out with Friends event. Between the hours of 4 PM and 7:30 PM Pizza Hut will donate 20% of all proceeds of purchases made at select locations to the River City Bears. The River City Bears in turn will donate all proceeds to Central Illinois Friends with People with AIDS. Offer is valid for carryout, delivery, and dining in at the Bartonville, Pekin, Morton, Peoria Campus Town, Peoria Sterling Ave., Peoria Prospect, Peoria Pioneer Parkway, Chillicothe, and Germantown Hill locations.
