Maximum two four§ entries per NAC will be admitted.
A competitor must be citizen or resident of the country of entering NAC and meet all conditions of the
Sporting Code, Section 3, Annex A, Part 3, Subpart 3.2.
Qualification
Electronic copy of the Entry Form (signed and stamped by the NAC) shall be sent through email until
15th April 2017 to [email protected].
Online registration of all participants (Competitor Pilots, Team Captains and Crew Members) shall be
done during the Entry Period. Entry Form attached, online registration is available at the official website of the competition: wgc2017.hu

Official Training, Registration and Technical Inspection (scrutineering) will be at the same period during practice days.
Decisions of IGC Plenary 2011, Item 10.1.1 Proposal 5: 4 entries per NAC is possible at 13.5m WGCs.

Awards
Besides FAI prizes, winners, second and third positions of daily results will be awarded medals and
small prizes after each valid competition days.
General Competition Rules and Local Procedures
The FAI Sporting Code General Section and Section 3 with its Annexes will apply.
Local Procedures will be published on the competition website at least 90 days before the first scheduled day of competition.
The Organizer will publish on the competition website all coordinates of turn points in SeeYou CUP,
and airspaces in OpenAir TXT formats, respectively. It is the responsibility of the competitors to load
these in their required format into their avionic instruments.
FLARM and OGN
Functional traffic awareness instrument (FLARM) with OGN registration is mandatory for all competing gliders.

High quality buffet breakfast and menu dinners (with Hungarian specialties) will be provided
free of charge to Competitor Pilots for the period from the 1st till the 15th July.

For other Team members (Team Captain and Crew) entry fee of €200 per person is optional.
This will cover all catering necessities (quality breakfast, sandwich lunch and menu dinners) for
the whole period.

Buffet, Bar, Vine Cellar, Swimming Pool and Sauna are also available on site.

