Thisreportispreparedbasedonalltheinformationgivenmainlyfromateam
formedmainlybyAleppoLocalPlatformwithaplantoexpandittotheother
localplatformsaroundSyria.
Itisdocumentingtheviolationsthathappenedduring24hoursstartingfrom
implementingthetruceagreementinSyria,thisreportisnotrepresentingthe
whole violations that occurred all over the country but it is documenting the
violationswhichwereverifiedbyateaminthecountry.
TwelveviolationsweredocumentedinAleppoprovinceanditscountryside,all
of them targeted civic locations. The bombardment happened from ground
defendersexceptforAlramosaareawhichwastargetedwithexplosivebarrels.
ShootingwithMachinegun(23)wasdocumentedinBaradainthegrainstores.
FlightsofreconnaissanceplaneswererecordedinAlhajbridgeareaandthree
civiliancasualtieswererecordedasaresultofbombingAldamanhillinAleppo
countryside.
In addition, a violation was documented in Idlib countryside western Jeser
Alshoghoor,theareawastargetedwithGuidedmissilesfromgrounddefenders.
Theareaisacivicareaandnoinjurieswereregistered.
InDamascuscountryside,heavyshootingwasregisteredandguidedmissileson
Madaya.Inaddition,nohumanitarianaidenteredthebesiegedareaofMadaya.
Moadamiet Alsham was closed completely on the 11th of September 2016.
Opening the road in Moadamieh was conditioned of handover the arms and
forcingthearmedpeoplewhorefusebeforetoleavethearea,thesamethat
happenedbeforeinDaraya.Therearemanythreatsofstartinganinclusivewar
withexplosivebarrelsandalltypesofshellingincasethepeopleofMoadamiet
Alsham didn’t respond to these demands and no fire violations were
documentedinthecity.

SomeReactionsfromSyrianpeopleinthefirst24hoursoftheagreement:
Therehasbeenadherencetothetrucetostopthebloodshed.Thereisfearthat
theceasefirewillnotcontinuetohold,especiallythatthereisfearsthatallthe
areaswillbetargetedunderthepretextoftheexistenceofFatihAlshamfront.
Inaddition,thelackoftrustwiththeSyrianregimeandRussia.Thedoubtscame
aftertheexperienceofthepreviousceasefire.Also,thefearsandwhatisbeing
said about the truce that is for supporting the regimes position, all that is
influencingnegativelythegeneralmoodofthepeopleandthewaythepeople
dealwithtruce.
Thefollowingrecommendationsweresuggestedbydifferentmembersofthe
SyrianCivilPlatformmainlyaboutAleppo:

Toimprovethetermsoftheagreementtobeseenmorefairbetweenthetwo
parties.
Toenterthehumanitarianaidimmediatelyandintenselyincludingfuel.
TonotallowRussiantroopsandmonitorsonCastelloroadandanytroopswill
bespreadthereshouldbeneutralandnotpartoftheconflict.
Toguaranteethefreedomofmovementforciviliansandthisisshouldnotbe
limitedontheevacuationofthewoundedonly.
To stop the negative messages from all actors and encourage more positive
reactionstowardstoppingtheviolence.
