Within two weeks after the show, send a completed PDF file of this report by electronic mail to Awards Chairman Bob Spotts by clicking the Submit button. If the button fails to launch your mail application, start it directly. If electronic methods fail, print the completed
show report on paper and mail it to Robert Spotts, 409 Hazelnut Drive, Oakley, California 94561. Include all the information about
the flower that exhibitors are required by the schedule to put on their entry tags or labels including the following: division numbers,
complete color codes for the Throckmorton winner, hybridizer’s names, seedling numbers of unnamed cultivars and their color codes
and parentage where know, and dates of introduction for classics and historics. If you are unable to fill in this report form electronically,
print it on paper and use a black ink pen to insure good copying if you are writing out this report.
