Who We Are…
à la carte French Food Festival is a celebration of contemporary French food, wine and art of living, designed to excite and inspire food
lovers of all ages. à la carte French Food Festival is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization with Board Members from the following:
Chicago’s French cultural and learning center dedicated to
the study of French language, cultural exchange, and
friendship between Americans and French speaking
people.
Chef Martial Noguier has created the modern day bistro
located in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood.
Bistronomic serves up lunch, dinner and weekend brunch
that guests can enjoy in a chic and comfortable setting.
Blending French elegance with the very best in local flavor,
Chef Greg Biggers creates seasonal menus with the
freshest ingredients in hand. Café des Architectes is
located inside the Sofitel Chicago Magnificent Mile.
A favorite French restaurant, Chez Moi has been a
destination in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood since
2012. Guests immediately feel welcome in this cozy French
bistro where Chef Dominique Tougne serves up French
classics with joie de vivre.
The Consulate General of France in Chicago mission is to
further develop the bilateral relationship and exchange
between France and the Midwest, and to help the French
residents and travelers through administrative services
and support.
The mission of the French-American Chamber of
Commerce of Chicago is to develop and promote a thriving
economic relationship between the United States and
France, as well as to serve the ongoing business needs of
corporate and individual members throughout the greater
Chicagoland area.
The French Pastry School offers world-class pastry
instruction geared to the aspirations of our students. Our
unique commitment to you is continuous attention to the
development of your career, from the beginning of your
time with us until long after you leave.
Shaw’s Crab House is the premier seafood restaurant and
oyster bar in Chicago’s River North Neighborhood,
featuring seasonal fresh fish and a lively bar scene. From
Maine Lobster to Alaskan King Crab, Shaw’s has one of the
most comprehensive menus when it comes to seafood.
Watel/Davis is a graphic design and digital media agency
based in Chicago, with clients in the US and in France, and
founded by technologist and web marketing specialist Zac
Davis and art director and graphic designer Bruno Watel.

to Lyon, the capital of French
gastronomy!
