BIOGRAPHY
ROMAN GLOVACKIJ was born on November
4, 1973 in Kaunas.
In 1997, ROMAN GLOVACKIJ graduated from
the Kaliningrad National University, Faculty of Law
and acquired a Mater degree in Law.
In 2002, R. GLOVACKIJ finished his service at
VRS and became the director of JSC "DORSIMUS".
JSC "DORSIMUS" provides security of bus stations
and passenger control services in Lithuania.

1) Income from selling tickets averagely
increased by 18-20 %.
2) Control expenditures were averagely reduced
by 10-15 %, and the control effectiveness increased up
to 40-50%.
3) There were less violations in the public
transport (from 50% to 70%)
4) The number of disturbances in the public
transport became minimum.

control system, there were only 1-3% of
violations in suburban and intermural
transportation, and income from transporting
passengers increased up to 50%.
