Biography:Cynthia Kamin, a designated CCIM and Senior Vice President in the CBRE Private
Client Group, is widely recognized as a leading investment properties expert. With over 20 years
of real estate experience, she has represented a wide range of clients including financial institutions,
developers, REIT’s, pension fund advisors and private capital investors. Her extensive transaction
experience includes portfolio, institutional, private capital, tax-exempt bonds, development, and
tax deferred 1031 exchange transactions. Her expertise is in understanding the capital markets,
negotiating and structuring transactions, as well as financial underwriting and developing market
strategies for investment properties. With a strong focus on multifamily investments, she has
